PE-Sim Explorer
Reference information for interpreting the simulator. The simulator itself remains the primary workspace.
What this tool does
PE-Sim Explorer generates synthetic researcher profiles under user-selected assumptions and compares Publication Equivalent (PE) with conventional bibliometric metrics against a multidimensional reference construct.
Interactive runs are exploratory sensitivity analyses and are separate from the frozen publication benchmark.

Synthetic researchers, publications, citation accumulation, translation and innovation events.
PE and conventional comparators are calculated for the same generated researchers.
